SCHEDULE AND BRIGHTNESS CONTROLS
The included schedule controller can automatically adjust light based on the time of day. It features 10 light intensity levels and a scheduling mode that will cyclically activate this grow light. Customize this daily cycling with an innovative sunrise and sunset setting that gradually brightens and dims the lighting to accurately replicate the sun's movement. Use this grow light with an advance UIS controller like CONTROLLER 69 PRO to fully automate it by integrating it into the UIS platform. This will enable further access to remote control over WiFi and advance programming like automation and grow recipes when connecting to the AC Infinity app.

More often then not, shipments/packages make it to your location without a problem. However, if they do, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your packages following a few guidelines. Note that any type of damage will require photos submitted to support@bloomeeze.com within 48 hours of receipt to process your return/exchange.
Pre-Delivery: If you are not there to sign-for or inspect the delivery, and authorize the freight company to leave the order without a signature (by leaving a note, etc.), Bloomeeze cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.
Upon Delivery: When it arrives, ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you are supposed to have received. Note any missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Example: “Only Received 3 of 4 pieces.” Call us at (915) 256-9549 immediately to let us know you are missing pallets/pieces. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the missing items or replace them.
Immediately inspect for any visible damages like crumpled box corners, holes/punctures, or broken pallets (which are typical signs of internal damage). If there is any visible damage, please DO NOT refuse the shipment. Be sure to take images of the damaged packages and parts. Any missing or damaged parts will be provided to within the first 90 days. Be sure to sign the delivery bill as "RECEIVED DAMAGED."
If there is no visible external damage, please sign-for and accept your freight. Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your items in good condition. Note that drivers will not wait for you to inspect for concealed damage.
Upon accepting your order, open and inspect your package for CONCEALED DAMAGE. You have 48 Hours to email us damage photos at support@bloomeeze.com. You may call us at (800) 516-5107 to report any concealed damage, only after we have received the corresponding photos. Please have your order number ready. Thank you.
If you are able to find an item that you're looking for at a local store/online retail that includes all shipping and fees. Returns & Refunds

At Bloomeeze we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return. (This restocking fee varies based on the brand)
Customers must reach out to Bloomeeze in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks depending on your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.
If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that Bloomeeze will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Refunds take up to 3 business days to be processed.
